Refund Policy - tours and hire
- All bookings require a 50% deposit at time of booking.
- Any cancellations 14 or more days prior to the booking are eligible for a refund.
- After 14 days no refunds, at management discretion
- Refunds apply if water levels are outside of BOAC operating standards.
- Cancellations on the day of the booking will incur full costs.
Refund Policy - Outdoor Education
- Tentative bookings will be held, upon receipt of a BOAC booking application form for a period of 14 days, thereafter dates may be offered to other groups. Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of a cheque or direct deposit of 15% of the expected total fee and made out to “Barrington Outdoor Adventure Centre”
- 50% payable 1 month prior to booking date
- Balance is payable within 7 days of conclusion of programme
- Any additional charges (extra campers, breakages etc) will be invoiced and payment is requested within 7 days. The BOAC reserves the right to vary the charges at any time.
Refunds will be given in accordance with:
- Cancellation within 90 days of camp commencement – 25% of expected total fee.
- Cancellation within 60 days of camp commencement – 50% of expected total fee.
- Cancellation within 30 days of camp commencement – 75% of expected total fee.
- Final number advised 7 days prior to camp commencement $x quote equal the minimum amount charged
