Ever wanted to work on one of Australia’s most pristine white water rivers? Or enjoy teaching young adults basic outdoor skills in one of Australia’s most beautiful landscapes?

Barrington Outdoor Adventure Centre is one of Australia’s leading outdoor recreation providers. It operates activities that include, White water kayaking and canoeing, Mountain biking, Abseiling, Bushwalking, and range of other activities all performed at the highest industry standard.

We expect our staff to show a commitment to the outdoor recreation industry and the environment, have excellent communication skills, enjoy working in a fast paced team environment and have a real enthusiasm for the great outdoors.

White water skills instructors must have a minimum level 2 white water certificate from Australian canoeing or the equivalent. Activity instructors must have a minimum Cert III in outdoor recreation and all employees are expected to have the appropriate first aid qualifications.

All BOAC employees are paid at the industry award rates and we offer our staff great incentives to complete ongoing work with us here at BOAC.
