Malcolm is happily behind bars and the police have left the pub, which means the autumn holiday season here in the foothills of Barrington Tops is going to be a ripper! You too can fly under the radar these holidays: our rivers are full and perfect for paddlers of any persuasion while our mountains are dressed in camouflage green and ready for some downhill biking action.

So if you want to escape from the daily grind and enjoy some fresh air adventure then we have your Gloucester getaway plan ready:
1. Book a campsite at The Steps (there are still sites available after the Easter long weekend) and don’t forget your mountain bike for the riverside tracks;
2. Or upgrade your accommodation to Riverview Cottage at The Steps, for comfy beds and soothing views from your private deck above the river;
3. Hire a kayak or canoe to paddle at your own pace;
4. Or join one of our guided white water kayaking tours for fun and adventure on the Barrington River;
